If I were over there, I'd be getting their customer service dept. Not only have they failed to deliver basic fixes, but they provide a communications vehicle on their web site yet they NEVER RESPONDED back by email. I find the level of support provided by this company far below expectations. I've also supported another software company based out of Germany. I enjoyed working overseas in Germany for several summers with Adobe Systems as a product manager. ![]() ![]() This won't sound good, but I'll say it anyway.
